You intend to register a Lifehubpay account and use the payment-related services (including but not limited to account management, transaction settlement, fund transfer, etc.) provided by Lifehubpay, a brand under LifeHub llc (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). If you agree to the terms of this "E-Sign & Electronic Communications Consent Notice" (hereinafter referred to as "this Consent Notice"), this Consent Notice shall remain valid even if you ultimately fail to successfully register an account or actually use the Services.
By registering a Lifehubpay account, logging into the Service platform, or using the relevant functions of the Services, you confirm that such action constitutes your electronic signature, and you agree that we may provide various notices, disclosures, and communication documents (including those required by law) to you (including your company's administrators and users, if applicable) in electronic form. You shall also ensure that all relevant company administrators and users consent to receiving such notifications electronically.
You understand and confirm that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a physical written signature. If you do not agree to receive relevant documents electronically, you will not be able to register for or use the Services.
2. Definition of Covered Items
For the purpose of this Consent Notice, "Covered Items" refer to all legal disclosure documents, notices, account service communications, transaction receipts, fee explanations, compliance notifications, and other documents that are required by law to be provided in writing in connection with your Lifehubpay account.
3. Duration of Consent
Your consent shall remain effective until one of the following events occurs:
- You or we terminate the Service Use Agreement or your Lifehubpay account;
- You withdraw your consent to electronic communications.
Even if you terminate the use of the Services or cancel your account, this consent shall remain effective with respect to our legitimate rights prior to termination (including rights arising from your consent to this Consent Notice). For specific rules regarding account termination, please refer to the "Lifehubpay Terms of Service".
4. Methods of Providing Covered Items
We will provide Covered Items to you electronically through the following methods:
- The notification center or message module of the Service platform (including official website, App, mini-program, etc.);
- Sending to your registered email address on file (in the form of attachments in PDF or other readable formats);
- Downloadable files (such as PDF format) within the Service platform.
It is your responsibility to review the aforementioned electronic Covered Items promptly and take appropriate actions based on their content.
5. Access to Paper Copies
- You may obtain copies of the Covered Items by using the "print" or "save" functions of the application used to view the Covered Items (e.g., web browser, Adobe® Reader® or other PDF viewing software).
- We will retain copies of the Covered Items for the periods required by law, and you may request paper copies through official contact channels within such periods, which we will provide free of charge. Please note that after the expiration of the statutory retention period, we are under no obligation to continue retaining the relevant documents.

6. Our Right to Send Paper Documents
Despite your consent to receive Covered Items electronically, we reserve the right to provide Covered Items in paper form at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Examples include: system outage, suspicion of fraud, or legal requirements that mandate paper delivery.
7. Hardware and Software Requirements
To ensure that you can properly access, view, save, and print Covered Items, your computer or device must meet the following requirements:
- Stable Internet access;
- Web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (Latest Chrome®, Firefox®, Edge®, or Safari®);
- At least 16MB of available memory;
- Application software that can view, save, and print PDF files (such as Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher).

8. Withdrawing Consent
You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time free of charge.
- If you withdraw your consent before account registration or service approval is completed, you will not be able to continue using the online functions and related services;

- The act of withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of any Covered Items provided electronically prior to the withdrawal.

You confirm that you have read and agreed to all the terms of this Consent Notice, and hereby certify that:
- Your device meets the system requirements;
- You agree to receive all Covered Items electronically;
- You have the ability to access, view, save, and print Covered Items in electronic form.
