Welcome to LifeHub LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we") and its brand Lifehubpay (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), offering payment products and related services.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LifeHub LLC regarding the use of this service. Eligibility Requirements: You confirm that you have full civil capacity (if you are a person without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity, you must use this service with the consent and guidance of your guardian) and possess the legal qualifications to use this service. You undertake that your use of this service does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or public order and good morals.

2. Account Management

Account Registration: To complete the registration process, you must provide accurate and complete personal or organizational information (including but not limited to name, contact details, and real-name verification) as required by this service. You agree that we may verify the information you provide. Should your account be compromised, information be leaked, or other losses occur due to improper management or misuse, you shall bear full responsibility. Before cancellation, you must ensure that the account contains no outstanding payments or unresolved disputes. Upon cancellation, we will process your account information in compliance with the Lifehubpay Privacy Policy.

2. Information Provision and Updates

You confirm all information provided is truthful and accurate. Should any false or outdated information result in the inability to provide service, you shall be solely responsible.

3. Rules of Transactions

• (1) You must carefully verify transaction details (amount, recipient) before confirmation. Confirmation instructions cannot be revoked unless stipulated by law.
• (2) We will process requests according to your instructions. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors like banking system failures or network outages.
• (3) You must comply with the service's rules on transaction limits and frequency.

4. Fee Notice

The use of this service may incur service fees (transfer, withdrawal, etc.). The specific fee structure is displayed on relevant service pages. We reserve the right to adjust fees, which take effect immediately upon publication.

6. Intellectual property right

1. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the software and website content are owned by us or relevant rights holders.

2. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, or reverse engineering this service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

3. Our liability for direct losses shall not exceed the total transaction amount generated through this service within the preceding 12 months.

8. Liability for breach contract
